"This review is long overdue, but I still think about how grateful I was for Marilyn Rivera’s help a few months ago. I was dealing with an issue involving proof of insurance, and it was honestly the worst timing — I was swamped with a major project at work and preparing to leave for vacation the next day. To make things more complicated, the issue involved another agent from a different company, and I had no idea how it was all going to get sorted in time. But Marilyn was an absolute gem. She was incredibly kind, patient, and clearly knew what she was doing. She immediately took the lead, reassured me, and told me she would work directly with the other agent to get everything resolved that same day. She stayed in touch with me throughout the process via email, keeping me updated so I wouldn’t have to worry. Thanks to her, I was able to head into my vacation with peace of mind — something I really needed. I can’t thank her enough. Honestly, give this woman (and her team) a raise — they truly go above and beyond!"
